Scope of Application<\/h4>\n<p>These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Elgi Apart, regardless of whether the booking was made via our website, by email, by phone, or on-site.<\/p>\n\n<h4>2. Conclusion of Contract<\/h4>\n<p>A binding accommodation contract comes into effect once the booking is confirmed by Elgi Apart. A deposit may be required to secure the reservation.<\/p>\n\n<h4>3. Check-in and Check-out<\/h4>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> from 15:00<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 11:00 at the latest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>4. Payment<\/h4>\n<p>The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the latest. We accept cash and bank transfer payments. Credit card payments are currently not available.<\/p>\n\n<h4>5. Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n<p>For direct bookings, the following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge<\/li>\n  <li>Up to 1 month before arrival: 60% of the total amount<\/li>\n  <li>Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 90% of the total amount<\/li>\n  <li>From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For bookings made via Booking.com, only the cancellation conditions specified on that platform apply.<\/p>\n\n<h4>6. Changes to Reservations<\/h4>\n<p>Changes (e.g., travel dates or number of guests) are only possible subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance. Additional charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n<h4>7. Pets<\/h4>\n<p>Pets are not allowed. If you have special requests, please contact us before booking.<\/p>\n\n<h4>8. Liability<\/h4>\n<p>We are only liable for damage to items brought in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (\u00a7\u00a7 970 ff ABGB). Use of the accommodation is at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n<h4>9. Force Majeure<\/h4>\n<p>In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official orders), we reserve the right to change or cancel bookings. No compensation claims will be accepted in such cases.<\/p>\n\n<h4>10. Tourist Tax<\/h4>\n<p>The statutory local tax is <strong>\u20ac3.70 per person per night<\/strong> (for guests aged 15 and over) and is <strong>not included<\/strong> in the accommodation price. It must be paid separately in cash upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n<h4>11. Privacy Policy<\/h4>\n<p>Our <a href=\"\/privacy-policy\">privacy policy<\/a> provides detailed information on how we handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h4>12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law<\/h4>\n<p>The place of jurisdiction is Landeck, Austria.
