Refund and Cancellation Policy \u2013 Elgi Apart Serfaus<\/h2>\n\n

This refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings made directly via the website of Elgi Apart, by email, or by telephone. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n

1. Scope<\/h3>\n

This policy applies to all bookings and reservations made through the official channels of Elgi Apart.<\/p>\n\n

2. Cancellation Conditions<\/h3>\n

For direct bookings<\/strong> (not made via Booking.com), the following cancellation fees apply:<\/p>\n

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Up to 1 month before arrival: 60% of the total amount<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 90% of the total amount<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Please note: For all bookings made via Booking.com<\/strong>, the cancellation policies listed on Booking.com apply exclusively. These may differ from the conditions stated on our website.<\/p>\n\n

    3. Booking Confirmation and Payments<\/h3>\n

    Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the deposit. The remaining amount is to be paid on the day of arrival at the latest.<\/p>\n\n

    4. Refunds<\/h3>\n

    If applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation and returned to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n

    5. Booking Changes<\/h3>\n

    Changes to a reservation (e.g., travel dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible for adjustments.<\/p>\n\n

    6. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n
