Parties and Purpose<\/h3>\n<p> These Terms of Use apply to all bookings and the use of the services offered by Elgi Apart Serfaus. <\/p>\n<h3>2. Description of Services<\/h3>\n<p> The Provider offers holiday accommodations at Elgi Apart Serfaus. The services include booking processes, deposits, online check-in, communication, and provision of information. <\/p>\n<h3>3. Booking and Payment Terms<\/h3>\n<p> Booking requests can be made online or via email. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.<br \/>\n<strong>Accepted payment methods:<\/strong> Credit\/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.<br \/>\nThe published accommodation prices include VAT and service charges unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Cancellation and Modification Policy<\/h3>\n<p> Cancellations and changes are subject to our <a href=\"https:\/\/elgi-apart.at\/en\/refund-and-cancellation-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cancellation and refund policy<\/a>.<br \/>\nIn case of early departure or shortened stays, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be given.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Obligations of the User<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.<\/li>\n<li>Users must refrain from any actions that may disturb other guests or damage the property.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and the building (except on the balconies).<\/li>\n<li>Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the Provider assumes no liability for loss or theft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Rights and Obligations of the Provider<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Provider undertakes to provide all guests with a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of technical disruptions or maintenance work, the Provider will take all reasonable measures to resolve the issue promptly.<\/li>\n<li>The Provider reserves the right to cancel a reservation if necessary in accordance with the cancellation policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. Data Protection<\/h3>\n<p> The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Austrian data protection laws. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n<p> These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. All disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled before the competent courts in Innsbruck, Austria. <\/p>\n<h3>10. Effective Date and Amendments<\/h3>\n<p> These Terms of Use apply from the date of publication on our website. The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
