These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between Elgi Apart (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the users who use our website or online booking system (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).

These Terms of Use apply to all bookings and the use of the services offered by Elgi Apart Serfaus.

The Provider offers holiday accommodations at Elgi Apart Serfaus. The services include booking processes, deposits, online check-in, communication, and provision of information.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking requests can be made online or via email. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
The published accommodation prices include VAT and service charges unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellations and changes are subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
In case of early departure or shortened stays, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be given.
5. Obligations of the User
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.
- Users must refrain from any actions that may disturb other guests or damage the property.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and the building (except on the balconies).
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the Provider assumes no liability for loss or theft.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Provider
- The Provider undertakes to provide all guests with a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
- In the event of technical disruptions or maintenance work, the Provider will take all reasonable measures to resolve the issue promptly.
- The Provider reserves the right to cancel a reservation if necessary in accordance with the cancellation policy.
7. Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, delays in public transportation).
In such cases, the Provider will inform guests and offer reasonable alternative solutions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. All disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled before the competent courts in Innsbruck, Austria.
10. Effective Date and Amendments
These Terms of Use apply from the date of publication on our website. The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication; users with existing reservations accept the updated terms.
