This refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings made directly via the website of Elgi Apart, by email, or by telephone. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all bookings and reservations made through the official channels of Elgi Apart.
2. Cancellation Conditions
For direct bookings (not made via Booking.com), the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 60% of the total amount
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 90% of the total amount
- From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount
Please note: For all bookings made via Booking.com, the cancellation policies listed on Booking.com apply exclusively. These may differ from the conditions stated on our website.
3. Booking Confirmation and Payments
Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the deposit. The remaining amount is to be paid on the day of arrival at the latest.
4. Refunds
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation and returned to the original payment method.
5. Booking Changes
Changes to a reservation (e.g., travel dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible for adjustments.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations), Elgi Apart reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without liability.
