Refund and Cancellation Policy – Elgi Apart Serfaus

This refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings made directly via the Elgi Apart website, by email, or by phone. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all bookings and reservations made through the official channels of Elgi Apart.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: A processing fee of €50 will be charged.
  • Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Within the last 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • No-show or early departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

3. Booking Confirmation and Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is payable on the day of arrival.

4. Refunds

Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation of the cancellation and will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Booking Changes

Changes to reservations (e.g., date changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible for adjustments.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), Elgi Apart reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without liability.
