Terms & Conditions – Elgi Apart Serfaus
1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Elgi Apart, regardless of whether the booking was made via our website, by email, by phone, or on-site.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A binding accommodation contract comes into effect once the booking is confirmed by Elgi Apart. A deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: by 11:00 at the latest
4. Payment
The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the latest. We accept cash and bank transfer payments. Credit card payments are currently not available.
5. Cancellation Policy
For direct bookings, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 60% of the total amount
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 90% of the total amount
- From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount
For bookings made via Booking.com, only the cancellation conditions specified on that platform apply.
6. Changes to Reservations
Changes (e.g., travel dates or number of guests) are only possible subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance. Additional charges may apply.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed. If you have special requests, please contact us before booking.
8. Liability
We are only liable for damage to items brought in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (§§ 970 ff ABGB). Use of the accommodation is at your own risk.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official orders), we reserve the right to change or cancel bookings. No compensation claims will be accepted in such cases.
10. Tourist Tax
The statutory local tax is €3.70 per person per night (for guests aged 15 and over) and is not included in the accommodation price. It must be paid separately in cash upon arrival.
11. Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy provides detailed information on how we handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is Landeck, Austria. Austrian law shall apply exclusively, excluding international private law.
